Food. Bring enough food for a few meals...don't depend on many boats for food beyond a hamburger and hot dog for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Get some hoagies and cold drinks. No bananas...they are considered very bad luck and the death of a trip!

Bringing Fish Home. A one foot by one foot styrofoam, four dollar cooler doesn't cut it here boys. You need a good old fashioned six foot Coleman cooler to bring home your catch. A 100 pound tuna cleaned is at least 70 pounds of fish...that's a lot of tuna steaks. Plus it's not money wasted, you'll use that cooler for many other things beyond fishing trips. It makes a nice casket for those special people.

Booze & Drugs. Leave it home and do us all a favor. People pay good money to go on Canyon trips. They wait for these trips all year not to have some fat, drunken, slob ruin it. Or some stoner to show how stupid he can be infront of people. They can do that any day. Be sober for a day, for you that'll be like being stoned cool dude. P.S. To those of you who like a few cold ones. Guys, this does not apply to you, OK? This is for those of you who have already been thrown out of boats, wedding, funerals and the usual gatherings.
