The Swedish Princess, out of Port Washington, is a striper catching machine. Steve loves his fishing and has spent a great deal of attention with how the fish react to different water and weather conditions. He knows his equipment and has tweaked it to perfection.
I always enjoy fishing with you dude. We went out for some fun striper action, with all keepers to 30 pound plus. There have been some larger monsters roaming around for the past few weeks...the big striper highway goes straight through these sections of water. This is no joke, it's a biological fact. I have been intouch with Steve over the past two weeks and he has been as happy as a kid on the Fourth of July! And why not...when you have the fish on the bite the way they do!
I can't give out exact locations on these spots, old Captain's rule. But it was a great day, I only wish that we could have left a little earlier, but that's the way it goes...you always want more!
So this is a no brainer. Move your butt quickly and book a date with Steve. This bite won't last forever. Fish to forty pounds and better are roaming around, so go for it!
