It looks like fluke fishing is unfortunately coming to an end. Everybody had some nice fluke, some to 3 lbs. and a lot of throw backs. It was a gorgeous day, smooth seas and a light cool wind. My favorite time of the year. I think we've all had enough of the Summer of 90 plus degrees. Fishing in a light windbreaker is a treat. So get your last fluke fillets now and store them away. The Pastime will stick with the fluke a little longer and there are still some fat, slow moving doormats to be caught.
