dang dyno-mite, that'll get those wascally flounders going,

Okay, it's tough going out there. Who's
kidding who? I could tell you that back in the 50's these
dang fish used to jump right in the boat and all we had
to do was whistle Dixie...but the plain simple truth is
that we're having a slooooooow start to this flounder season
due to the fact that the winter just hasn't released it's
cold clutches on us yet. It's all about water temps boys
and girls. The flounder that are being caught have to be
worked for hard and mean. The warmer weather over the next
few days should get these critters on the feed bag. So let
me look into my crystal ball, Yes I can see it clearly now...Friday,
no it's Saturday at 12 noon, they'll be flying into the
boat. That is my best suggestion for right now. Anyone promising
you a yellow brick road to the flounders must be hanging
out with Glinda the Good Witch.
