"A Flounder Moment"
Dorothy B VIII - Sheepshead Bay

April 20, 2001

Okey-dokey, golley gee willickers and gee wiz, those dang wonderful flounder are on the bite FINALLY!

I had some beautiful flounder to two pounds...not too shabby. So the time is now to get into the fillets or wait until next year my flat, little, fishy friends.

As for our weathermen with their predictions of cold...what's up little dudes...take up golf or something...today was supposed to be in the thirties with wet snow and it's actually 56 degrees and nice....really nice.

Sandworms, long and fat...are the ticket dear boys.

Don't be a Johnny come lately. The morning bite or the full day trips are the ones to get on.
