Well, like I've said, welcome
to the hot days of August. The bass are sluggish and not
on the crazy bit Rasta man. But their are still bass coming
up, although you will have to work for them and a wee
bit of luck wouldn't hurt either.
This all will pick up in
a few weeks as cooler weather will get them on the feed
bag.
Montauk has been crunching
the bass for a month previous and will be later on again.
By the by, the son of the
Starship had a total revamp from top to bottom. It was
in Florida having plastic surgery. New bunk rooms with
new bunks upstairs. This will be our tuna boat boys...nicey-nice
with the sting. She is looking sweet.
Also get ready for tuna boys...the
yellow fin this year are in the 100 pound range and better!
