Pastime Princess - Sheepshead Bay
Captain - Bush Zeffer

Fishing on the Pastime...now here is one of those days that can try a Captain's patience. The winds were howling...40 miles an hour, and that was in the low of the howl. The seas were rocking and rolling. But Captain Bush Zeffer came to the rescue, found the little flatties and we nailed them. I mean nailed them to the wall. Every one had supper and a half for 12 people. The mates worked there butts off.

There was a young woman who, on her first trip, had a howl nailing these fish...a real natural...she had 14 large jumbos. Her exact words were "No problem". High hook of the day was Bruce Sinels for for 19 fish. Fish for the day, for 10 people were 220 fish...no bull. The biggest fish for the day was 3 lbs. Mussels and worms were the trick and heavy chum. Captain Bush did his magic for the day.
