"Crouching Flounder
Hidden Fisherman"
Sea Queen - April 2002
I tell you... all it takes is alittle patience... put in your time and be there when they get on the feed bag.
Well, they're on the feed bag, so move it now. Go light, 10 lb. test and a medium freshwater bass rod. Then do the jig inch up, inch down and drag. Feel the vibrating tap, then strike. Steady retrieve no jerking the rod like you're going for giant tuna. You must "chi" the flounder into submission and into the frying pan. Move around don't pound the same spot into oblivion, there's a few feet of bay to explore. Patience, oh young fisherman. Sea Queen good to me, very good to me...move or lose it. Got my 11 flounder for a half day. The proof is in the pictures.
