7 AM...blues, bonita false albacore tuna...110 foot, fast ship...Capt. Robert Jr. A great Captain and I mean it...been around and shows his knowledge by his actions in switching up and producing fish the hard way. Experience cannot be given, it must be earned and handed down from father to son...and it shows.

The boat maxed out on blues from 10 lbs. down and throw in a few albies off of the Jersey highlands. They were smacking the daylights out of those blues. We followed the birds along the coast. The bonita were chasing the bait fish and we were doing a job on them. Then the birds left and we went out to the grounds...anchored and chummed...jigged, drifted bunker chunks and nailed a few more.

We drifted over the little buggers and that got them going good until all had their limits and the day was called. The boat is spacious and easy to get around on. Thanks to the Captain for showing me a great day of fishing and a great sense of humor. Check it out and be sure to tell them that Dave sent you!
